The task
Management companies needed a tool instead of chats and dispatcher calls: a resident submits a request and pays, the association handles it without correspondence, and police and fire inspectors work with the same buildings.
What we did
We built an app with five roles: a resident submits requests, pays bills, and shows a QR pass to guests; the association manages buildings, residents, and payments; staff handle requests; a police officer runs rounds and incidents; a fire inspector runs checklist inspections. Three languages.
