Why not an off-the-shelf solution

Can the system be integrated with 1C?

Yes. The complexity depends on the configuration and the availability of an exchange interface. This is determined during the review stage, before development begins.

What if staff don't want to use the new system?

This is a common reason rollouts fail. That's why we design the interface around real workflows, provide training and allow for a period of running in parallel with the old way.

Will the system work on a phone?

Yes, if the task calls for it. For staff out in the field — warehouses, workshops, mobile crews — mobile access is often more important than desktop.
