What's included

  • Availability monitoring — we learn about a failure before you do
  • Regular backups
  • Updating dependencies and patching vulnerabilities
  • Adapting apps to new iOS and Android versions
  • Fixing bugs within agreed timeframes
  • Enhancements and new features as the business grows

A project doesn't end at launch. Libraries go out of date, operating systems get updates and the business changes — and the product has to change with it. Support exists so this happens on schedule rather than at the moment something breaks.

What support includes

Technical maintenance

Availability monitoring, backups, dependency updates and patching vulnerabilities. This is the invisible part of the work that people only remember when it hasn't been done.

Updates for new OS versions

Apple and Google release new versions of iOS and Android every year. An app that hasn't been adapted to them starts to misbehave over time and may then be removed from the store. This applies only to mobile apps.

Enhancements

New sections, features and logic changes as the business grows. We work in the same iterative mode as during the original development.

FAQ

How much does support cost?

It depends on the size of the project and the required response time. The format is discussed individually — from one-off enhancements on request to a monthly agreement with a fixed number of hours.

How does support differ from warranty?

The warranty is free and covers bugs in what was described in the brief. Support is paid maintenance: updates, monitoring and new features.

Will you take on someone else's project for support?

Yes, after a technical audit. We need to assess the state of the code and understand what needs fixing first.

Is a support agreement mandatory?

No. You can reach out as the need arises. An agreement is worthwhile where a guaranteed response time to an incident matters.

Shall we discuss your task?

We'll break it down on a free call and tell you honestly what's realistic and in what timeframe.
