The challenge

Coffee shops needed a tool to retain regular guests as a replacement for paper stamp cards, which get lost and provide no statistics.

What we did

We built an app with a digital loyalty card: the guest shows a QR code, the barista scans it in cashier mode, and bonuses are credited automatically. The owner sees return-visit statistics. Released on the App Store and Google Play.
