The task
Equipment was found through acquaintances and negotiated in messengers, working hours were recorded by word of mouth, and fleet owners compiled timesheets and invoices by hand in spreadsheets.
What we did
We built an app with three roles: the customer finds equipment and places an order with a shift schedule, the owner manages the fleet and assigns drivers, the driver gets a shift and a route. Cost is calculated from actual shifts, equipment is shown on the map via GPS, contracts and acts are generated as PDF.
