A Semey resident had to follow a dozen public pages and services to read the news, find a venue, wait for a bus, or complain to the city administration.
We built an app with a city feed, a venue map, real-time buses, a city chat, cinema listings, and requests to the administration. For the administration — a separate panel: news, places, and a complaints queue. Three languages.
