The task
Volunteers were gathered through chats, attendance was marked on paper lists, and hours for certificates were counted by hand — organizations had no overall picture of participants.
What we did
We built an app with four roles: a volunteer signs up for events and checks in by QR, a coordinator runs the shift, an organizer creates events, an administrator resolves disputed check-ins. Hours and points accumulate automatically, a statement exports to PDF. Check-ins work offline.
