The task
District officers drown in repetitive requests — noise, parking, documents — most of which need a consultation with a legal reference, not a visit. A 24/7 answer for citizens and a district summary were needed.
What we did
We built a web app: an AI assistant answers citizens step by step with references to the Administrative and Criminal Codes and redirects to 102 when life is at risk; the officer's dashboard shows a live feed of requests with categories and statuses; a predictive map highlights districts with a forecast of rising complaints.
