The task
The logistics company needed a platform where the customer gets a price and posts a request themselves, carriers compete with bids, and the administrator controls deals without manual correspondence.
What we did
We built a platform with three roles: the customer calculates the cost and picks a carrier from the bids, the carrier passes verification and takes requests from the exchange, the administrator manages tariffs and assigns drivers. Contract, payment, and cargo tracking — inside one deal.
