The task
The government body needed a tool that removes paperwork routine: orders, letters, assignments, approvals. The model runs inside a secured perimeter and does nothing without human confirmation.
What we did
We built a web app where chat replaces forms: an officer describes the task in words, the system drafts the document per GOST, suggests assignments, and routes it for approval — every action through confirmation. Alongside: a document registry, an assignment kanban, and a knowledge base with search across regulations. Three languages.
