The task

Resorts on Lake Alakol took bookings by phone and WhatsApp, which led to double bookings and lost requests during peak season.

What we did

We built a booking app: cabin and date selection, an availability calendar, booking confirmation, and an occupancy analytics dashboard for the resort owner.

Requests no longer get lost in chat — every booking is in one list

The owner sees occupancy without pulling the numbers together by hand
